Welcome to 51Yachts. By booking our yacht charter services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All bookings are confirmed upon payment completion. We recommend advance booking for peak dates and holiday periods to ensure availability.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all parties:
- Free cancellation - Up to 48 hours before your scheduled departure
- 50% cancellation fee - Within 48 hours of departure
- No refund - For same-day cancellations or no-shows
Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in USD and include yacht rental, professional crew, fuel, and basic liability insurance. Additional services such as catering, decorations, photography, and special arrangements are available at extra cost. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and follow all safety instructions provided by our crew. Any damage to the yacht resulting from guest negligence may result in additional charges. We reserve the right to terminate the charter without refund if guests behave in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.
Weather Conditions
Safety is our top priority. In case of severe weather conditions, we may need to reschedule or modify your charter. We will notify you as early as possible and offer alternative arrangements or full refund at our discretion.
Liability
51Yachts maintains comprehensive liability insurance coverage. While we take all necessary safety precautions, guests participate in yacht activities at their own risk. We encourage all guests to review our safety guidelines before boarding.
